Account Restoration Incomplete?

I was hacked a couple of weeks ago. I have about 8 or 10 L80s or so and they were all cleaned out to the maximum extent the hackers could ahve possibly managed - every vendorable item was vendored, all my chanting mats vanished, and my tier items were DE'd on my enchanting toons.

For some reason, I've recieved emails telling me about 6 of my toons have been 'restored' but in all cases they've only been given back no more than a third of their gear, no gold, and no emblems. I lost all my gold and raid emblems and haven't seen any of it back.

At the moment my current main is annoying me; (warrior, Chye, Thaurissan). She got back most of her equipped gear, (=tanking set), and for some strange reason 8x Heavy Stone. She lost somewhere over 30 frost emblems, probably some triumph, about 600g, and everything that was in her bags, including her entire DPS set. And yet Blizzard has said he is 'restored'. What happened? I would have thought those items would have vanished at the same time as the rest of my gear and therefore would have been on the 'restore me' list. About 5 of my characters have been partially restored in this way (I estimate no more than 30% of their stuff was given back).
Oh, and for some unfathomable reason, my tanking trinket was never restored with the rest of my gear. I had bought it for 50 triumph just before getting hacked and it's frustrating having it just vanish.

I also have about 5 characters that haven't even been slightly restored, including my 5k gs hunter who has been my disenchanter for years - he was carrying something like 20 stacks of dust, plus other enchanting mats that all vanished. It's even more frustrating as I recently paid to transfer him to alliance, since I swapped factions, to be my enchanter - he's been cleaned out and doesn't even have an enchanting rod now, and it will cost thousands to make a new one. Since he can't enchant anymore I've basically paid for nothing.

I feel sorry for Blizzard having to restore a list of items that could quite possibly be a mile long, but I'd really like this lowlife hacker's work to be undone :(

On a side node, I opened an ingame ticket, got an ingame mail telling me the 'Your ticket has been escalated to a GM who specialises in this issue'. I have the 'Your ticket has been escalated' tag thing at the top of my screen and have had it there for FIVE DAYS - that's quite a wait time and the reason I'm posting here.
