Actually, there have been two put on here.
Also, they were actively in the account at the moment, so I asked this be locked down for your protection.
You've been sent an email with further instructions and also a new password.
Once you are certain your system security is safe as well as your email - please follow the directions in that email to get this unlocked. It is vital that you find out how they got your password and ID to prevent this recurring.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.

I was able to get on (using my secret question) and install my own authenticator thanks to the ipod app i am looking for my stuff, gold and Gbank to be resotred if you can help out on these i will be gratefull
Redownload that app if you would so you get a new serial code and reapply this.
As to restorations, submitting an ingame petition will get that process started.
