Server transfer mail Problem

Ive checked my mail for a whole day on this character no mail has come. Then when i try to server transfer it tells me i have mail or incoming mail. i have no idea what to do cause i really want to server transfer. Someone please help!

You had a bit of spam mail stuck in your in-box, Haitianshado, I was able to remove it so you should be good to transfer.
