In game mail box - Blue Tracker

My boyfriend got me started playing. and sent me some bags and a quiver in the mail. i looked and they were not there. after a few hours it said i had mail. but when i checked it. there was nothing there. at the top of the screen it says mail box is full. please delete some mail .. i cant see any of my mail. cant get any of it.. what do i do? how do i fix this?

Mail with gold or items from other players take an hour to be delivered, though it sounds like you may be on a trial account, Divinusira.

Trial account have some restrictions in that they are unable to use the mail or auction house system or public channels. More information on trial accounts can be found in the following support article.

Those restrictions will lift when you upgrade your account to the standard edition. Please note that if you use the online upgrade feature trial restrictions may take up to 72 hours to be removed. Though leveling restrictions will be lifted immediately the other restrictions remain until your purchase is fully processed.

It is still there, you just can't see it at the moment because of the restrictions. You'll be able to pick it up once you are fully upgraded. :) If you did not retrieve it within 30 days it will expire at which time it will return to the person who sent it.
