Scoll of Resurrection not working

I cast a Scroll of Resurrection on my friend who I've talked into coming back to the game. I'm at his house now and he clicks on the "click here to accept" in the email, logs into his account via the website, is shown the Confirm page with the big Confirm button in the middle. We wait for the web page to fully load, he clicks the big Confirm button, it looks like it's doing some thinking, then it show the Confirm page again.

We've verified that his account is still Frozen so the Confirm page is not working.

We've done this over and over. I've even cast another Scoll using his email address instead of character name/realm and it does the same thing.

I know the Confirm page _can_ work because I was Resurected by a friend of mine this morning.

My friend is NOT going to just sub the account, he needs convincing that WoW is worth coming back to, and this Confirm page problem isn't helping me convince him.

Any ideas?

Can you provide me with the name and realm of a character on his account, Haelyn?

I'm afraid that your friend accepted a Scroll of Resurrection in October of 2008, Haelyn. Accordingly, he is not eligible to accept your Scroll of Resurrection. My apologies for any confusion.
