Que is full, need help.

Your characters aren't necessarily being rolled back, Zoey, because you haven't yet reported that the transfers and faction changes were unauthorized. The transactions were deemed suspicious or the payment failed so the characters were locked.

It appears a friend of yours reported the possible compromise of your account so that has been forwarded for further investigation but you may also want to report the unauthorized services specifically.
