Just as a point of interest, this can happen if you request more than one service - like a realm or faction change, and the character is not logged into, in-between steps. Just FYI :)

You shouldn't need to rename him.

Well, I do see those now, but they shouldn't impact actually getting into the game.

This also shouldn't be asking you to rename the character any longer.
