Account Hacked Everything Deleted Help GM

I have not played for over 3 months and just got a game card and went to log into account
but could not log in .
So I called blizzard and your rep had to reset password and email address as my account been hacked.
I just log into my account and all of my characters are missing

Your blizzard rep told me that he would report this for me and to wait for a email from blizzard
I would like to check that a case has been open and reported by your rep

DO I HAVE A OPEN TICKET

P.S can I use the account why I wait for GM

You do indeed have a compromise investigation open, Angús, it's not quite 2 hours old at this point.

These currently are running about 5-ish days, give or take - but that queue can go either way fairly fast.

Your Specialist will email you with the results once this is concluded.
