Harassment and cross realm Stalking

I would like to know after about 6 tickets 3 realm changes and 2 name changes Im still being harassed and stalked by one or more members from a realm/guild I use to belong to and I'm still getting harassing pst from the party. I've opened many tickets with no action if this keeps up I will be forced to leave the game and possible look for legal action against the part in question.

Does Blizz take this form of stalking and harassment serious? Do they not care that someone can ruin the game for a individual by allowing this to continue? Are your penalties to light or is no action taken?

All I get from the GM is a form letter stating that we will investigate, but will tell you if the do find the party guilty of the offence they can't tell you if any action was taken. Is their rights for me not to know if any action was taken out weigh my right to know something was done to prevent it from happening again?
I was also told they would do a follow up on the matter but it never happens
then I will get a survey

Im assuming no action was taken because the party as of today entered my whisper and started to harass me again

This kind of ongoing stalking and harassment needs to stop and Blizz needs to do something more about it.

Ongoing harassment can be a very complex investigation.

While it's important to report each incident, if you think perhaps the details are getting lost between petitions, or not fully appreciated, you could email a more detailed report to [email protected].

Note that it is an ONGOING situation and as many names/dates/times as you can think of.

Doesn't matter if they delete a character, WE can see them :)
