I was hacked on July 7th 3:00 A.M and i have submitted a ticket which has been escalated, and have also sent an email in about it. I'm just checking to see if it's being investigated or what's going on about it since i haven't heard from anything via in game mail or emails.
At the moment it's 4 days, 1 hour old and that queue is running about 5-ish days. You should be hearing from your Specialist in the relatively near future.
