Wrathgate Quest Chain

So I was on my Rogue yesterday running the Wrathgate series of quests that led upto the Battle for Undercity. I talked to King Wrynn outside of the Instanced Tyrisfal Glades and had to wait 5-minutes for the battle to begin.

Anyways I was queued for a random instance and since it popped up I took it, figured I could run the battle later. After the instance I hearthed out to sell, and decided to remove the quest I grabbed from King Wrynn from the instanced area and just talk to him in Stormwind when I was actually ready to run that battle. Unfortunetely he nor Proudmoore would give me the quest and the portal to Undercity was un-clickable to enter.

I tried to back track to the Wrathgate to speak with the Queen Dragon to learn there was nothing there as well. Is there anyway I can get flagged somehow to enter the portal to finish this quest, or am I missing something here? Any help is appreciated.
