Online upgrade problems

This morning I bought an online upgrade for one of my accounts and the site told me that it was unable to process my information but I still got charged for the upgrade. My account says that I need to upgrade so now Im out 40 bucks and still can play any wrath content. Billing support is pack and I am unable to get ahold of someone at Blizz to help me. I really want to play the wrath content but I now have to sit and wait to hope I can speak to someone. Please get back to me.

It's likely that the charge that is displaying on your bank account or credit card statement is a temporary holding charge, Lyann. Because your upgrade failed, we will not claim these funds, and they will be returned to your bank account in approximately 3 to 5 business days depending on how quickly your financial institution processes the information. My sincerest apologies for any confusion.
