At the time, I hadn't the money to do anything else, so I had the account locked. Around February of this year I finally had the funds necessary to recover the account, and mailed in a money order (why won't you take my credit/debit card?!) via US mail. Unfortunately, after nearly a month, the order hadn't arrived, nor moved from it's original position according to the mail tracker we purchased. We cancelled the money order.
In March, blizzard returned the game, and credited it for the time I had payed on the money order, which to my surprise, eventually showed up after having it cancelled. Of course this didn't last long, and I had to send yet another money order, which arrived on April 26th.
On April 26th, I was credited for six months of play time, through September. Logging into my account today, I was shocked. Not only am I not covered through September, which both myself and my Fiancé had seen at the time of payment, but my account is running out tomorrow July 10th. In addition, I've looking into my payment history and found TWO separate charges for one-month recurring subscriptions on May 10th, and June 10th, looking at my bank account, I now notice that those payment sync up with withdrawals from my account made by blizzard.
I'm not a very happy camper at this moment, since at this point I've already payed myself through October on my original payment which was removed from the account. I was sent no notice of this change in my email, so this has come as a complete shock to me.
This whole mess is really starting to irritate me, and I'd really appreciate an answer as to why I'm being charged for time I should already have.
