Account hacked and banned

Hi, I have a banned and hacked account, Account services phone number goes to a message saying they are taking no phone calls or messages and to go to the boards for any assistance.

Can you please help?

Well, this isn't a ban - it's a suspension.

I'd scan for malware and check the security of the email account.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.

The account was also hacked, password changed ect. I have an authenticator, I changed the pass but cannot attach the authenticator as the accoutn is suspended.

What to do?

Just need to wait till that suspension drops, you could appeal it to Account Administration, but it will end naturally far sooner.
