Hey GM's!

I am posting here because my petitions i have submitted havent been answered for days and i have called billing and account for the past week now with no luck on getting helped. So unfortunately i am coming here for help. Please please contact me in game on drvenkman, aykroyd, drwinston, or haroldramis. (i know, ghostbusters) I know you guys are swamped with other people but i would appreciate if you guys could find the time to help me out, since its been a 2 week on going thing.

Well, I do see two petitions open, one is 7 hours old, one is 22 hours old. Petition right now are running right around 4 days.

As to your issues, I know we aren't going to be able to grant you an item simply because the RNG hasn't been kind. I am sorry about that - but that is simply something we cannot do.

As to your BOA items, I doubt we'll be able to do that either, however - I'm a little unclear on your issue from your petition. You are free to leave both those open for an 'official' answer ingame, but I suspect the answer to both are going to be that we simply cannot help you.
