Blue help needed please

Greetings,

This morning when attempting to login to check auctions, ect. before work I am getting the "account info is not correct." error.

I have an authenticator and am wondering if it has possibly became out of sync. (Physical authenticator)

The account in question is the one being posted from at this moment.

I was able to do a password reset and still am unable to connect.

Could a blue please check the account in question to see if it looks like an unusual activity has been going on, or if not, direct me to what I need to do?

It's possible it locked if you tried too many times.

One thing about an authenticator, if you do have a failed login, try to wait for a new number - it only takes a few seconds.

See if this will work for you now.
