Malicious Authenticator

Hi, my account has been compromised and an authenticator has been attached to it. If possible, can you please remove it?

I am running scans and have sent emails/forms to billing and account services. My friends are also submitting petitions in-game on my behalf.

This looks to have actually already been reported (so it's in the restoration process queue), and that authenticator is gone now.

It does look like they tried to transfer some of your characters as well.

See if you can access the account now.

The main thing at this point will be security. How did they come by your password and ID? If that isn't determined, the chances of this repeating are VERY high.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
