I checked on this for you, they were actively in the account so I asked this be locked down. You should be receiving an email with further instructions on how to get it unlocked....and on security.

There will undoubtedly be damages to recover once you regain access. Looks like we also caught them trying to transfer characters and locked those down as well.

Once you are certain your system and email are secure, follow those directions to unlock the account, and report via ingame petition or email to wowgm@blizzard.com to have a restoration investigation started.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
