Confused about a ticket

I put in a ticket for a character restoration about 4 days ago. My fiance put in a ticket for a character restoration a day or two after mine. She just got her restoration done today and my ticket still says "experiencing a high volume of petitions".

I have had a couple character restorations done before and she has had none. The question is, are you given lower priority in the Que if you have had restorations done before? If not I am confused.

No, you are not.

From what I can see, Taybrin, you abandoned your original petition removing yourself from queue on your third day. You opened and abandoned another petition about the same issue from another character and you currently have a petition open from a third.

My first recommendation would be to keep your request simple. We do not need much information when you make a restoration request. Something like "Can you restore X character on Y realm. It was a level N, Race/Class, that I deleted about Z ago.

You have enough information in your petition so we shouldn't have any trouble looking into your request but we try to categorize these issues as best as we can to help us speed up the process.

My second recommendation of course is to leave the petition open. Queue times are averaging around 4-5 days, you'll be contacted with the results as soon as they get to it. :)
