Can't log in to acct managment

I am unable to log into my acct management. I stopped playing wow back in February or March and have recently wanted to try start to play again, however when I try to log into my original acct to add time I get 'Login Failed', my acct is attached to an authenticator (hand held). I was able to log into the forums with the acct but no active characters to post with.

Can you try logging into the game client using your account information, Mizzb?

Have you tried logging into the Account Management page after just receiving the "Pre-paid Gametime" message? If you have done so and are still unable to log in, please contact our Billing department to request that they assist you with this issue. Unfortunately, it does not appear as if I will be able to provide the necessary assistance to help restore your access to the game.

Actually, the only reason why I have not responded to the other post is because I hadn't noticed it yet, Stonedbones. It sounds as if your Authenticator is currently out of sync and, like Mizzb, you'll need to contact our Billing department to see if they are able to assist you further.

I'm terribly sorry that I cannot offer more direct assistance in regards to this issue, folks!
