Blue respond plz

I have had an open ticket for four days on a scam that i feel victim too. i lost a great deal in mats. I log on today to find its been elevated. And an in-game mail stating it will take several more days for an ivestigation. My problem is that he might be scammin others. when this ordeal happened i instantly added him to my friends list. today i log on and he was removed from my friends list. am i to assume he tranferred servers and if so how will this investagtion go now? I also would like to say that its a simple scam and shouldnt be to hard to figure out so why the long wait time on somethin simple and then watch him victimize others creating longer ticket lines for others.

Even if the character has been transferred to a new realm, we'll be able to perform the necessary investigations and take all appropriate actions in accordance with our policies. I cannot provide any additional details, but we'll definitely do what we can to ensure that this sort of behavior does not reoccur.
