Mini Thor Redemption Question

Greetings.

I was hoping I could get a blue post on this question: Will the mini-thor vanity pet be tied to the battle.net account to which SC2 is registered, or will it be redeemable by another account? I ask because I am purchasing my son SC2, but he does not play WoW. I am a pet collector (128 w00t) so I would like to be able to redeem the pet on my account.

Correct. The vanity pet will appear on any World of Warcraft account also merged into the Battle.net account that the SCII Collector's Edition is on. It can not be added to one Battle.net account and given to a World of Warcraft account on another.
