Miss-Ban for credit card problems

I'm posting this on behalf of my friend. (As his account was locked)

My friends character is Pman from the realm Dreadmaul.

These are this words:

"My account has been disabled. The reason's given were that the accounts credit card was declined.
the account has recently been hacked off me and I only got it back a few weeks ago. The credit card that was associated with the account was not mine and belonged to whoever stole it.
I had no knowledge that there was a credit card attached to the account until the membership ran out and i recieved an email that the credit card was refused. I purchased game time afterwards. I have absolutely no way of paying this debt and surely i should not have to as it was whomever stole my accounts fault."

I myself can also vouch that hes telling the truth.

Our Billing department will be happy to help, Rezyourself. They'll need some time to make it through to your friend's email, but they'll do their best to investigate this as soon as possible. As your fellow posters have mentioned, though, a phone call may be a bit quicker if your friend would prefer to call. :)
