Miss-Ban for 'Disrupting The Zone''

My 1st account is unable to post on the forums so im posting on behalf of it.

I was afk in dalaran today as i went to do work to do some general maintenance on a laptop (about 2hours) when i got home i was disconnected and on attempting to log back in had recieved a 3day ban.

for:

Account Action: 72 Hour Suspension

Offense: Zone/Area Disruption
This category includes language and/or actions intended to disturb groups of players or areas of the world, such as:

My concern is i did nothing of a sort? i feel that i am very wrongly banned and this was a accident by gm:

From what I can tell, Renzokuken, it looks like the chat lines weren't included in the e-mail. If they were you may recognize a familiar character name which seems to be very much violating our Terms of Use. Unfortunately it seems you are correct, an error appears to have occurred, the character name is shared with another since you recently deleted it. It seems there is a bit of wrong name, wrong time.

I show that your dispute has been received and it should be processed fairly soon.

I am sorry for what inconvenience this has caused you, hopefully this can be resolved quickly for you.
