Questions about hacked account

On Friday afternoon I tried to log into my account, and to my suprise a authenticator has been added to the account. So I called account support and they removed it to me, and they created a ticket to get the account restored.

My first question is: how much more time should I expect until items are restored?

My second question is: How was I hacked?

-Didn't goto any phishing websites (and never got/clicked on any phishing emails)
-I don't use any forums
-password was original
-after many checks with multiple programs I could not find any viruses
-Only use add-ons that are well known.. and at that very few (healbot, atlas loot, titan bar) and never any .exe files.

since I couldn't find any cause I added a authenticator.. But i'm still trying to figure out how it happened.

Compromise investigations are currently around 4-5 days, your issue was reported nearly 4 days ago so I'd say you are close.

That I wouldn't say. There are many methods of compromise, the most common of course are phishing attempts and picking up keyloggers or other malicious programs.

One recommendation we make is to run your scans while the login client is open. There seems to be a few out there that are essentially dormant and undetectable otherwise.
