Character transfer problems.

So I've been trying to switch realms for about a day now but every time I try i get the error that this character has mail or inbound mail so it won't let me. And I've deleted all my mail, all my quests, and have no auctions up. Can anyone help out and check to see what's going on maybe I can't see something in my box.

I just got hacked and restarted so that may have something to do with it. On a sidenote with that when I started up again today my other character Pineapplez, 80 troll dk, gear was all completely broken and I have no money which I'm pretty sure I had some when I quit. I was wondering if there is anything you could do about this as well? I have a ticken open in game too from Pineapplez.
