As Eseten indicated if you have already received a response letting you know that your case will be looked into you are receiving help, Infe. Your case would have been forwarded to a special queue, when it is your turn one of our Investigators will look into what happened on your account and work to verify the loss and restore as much as possible. Though no restoration is ever guaranteed we can usually manage to restore a great deal, in some cases 100% of what was lost.
Queue times are currently around 4-5 days for compromise investigation, you will be contacted with the results via your registered e-mail address.
