Companion pet question - Core hound pup

I've noticed that on a couple of my older characters, but not all, that I didn't receive an in game mail with my account wide pets. I had assumed that they simply expired, but I just logged into a lvl 10 druid I've had for ages and the mails were there and fresh. Is there anyway to get these resent to my alts or should I resign myself to a life without the love of Chilly the penguin and my trusty Core hound pup?

You could certainly open a petition and ask, Khaorashim. It's quite possible they expired in the mail.

We'll be able to tell if the license/authenticator is present.
