Account Locked or Mobile authen broken?

Ok last week my iphone broken and i lost my authenticator with it.
and i got a new one and use restore function to get my authenticator back.
but i can't login my account because i input wrong password until "too many attempts" show up.
so now i can't login my account (don't have msg "too many attempts" now have just login fail).

my character : Doraky
realm : Saurfang

my authenticator serial is : <removed>


p.s. i really can't call u guy because i stay in far away country and can't calling and pay my phone bill.

It is very unwise to post that serial number in public, but it did point out the issue here.

When you reset the phone, it gave you a new one.

This is something only Billing can assist with I'm afraid. I do understand there are no supported 800 numbers for you, but have you ever tried a program such as Skype? Many of our international players use that - and dial our international number. Many good reports.

Resyncing isn't going to help. You have a new serial number, in effect - you have a new authenticator.

The old one needs removed so this new one can be added.

The number you posted above is NOT what is on the account - and this isn't showing locked.

Aye, I was checking that character/realm.

And your authenticator isn't 'broken' - just changed :)
