RaF trouble!

Well im in kind of a situation here. Im trying to do RaF with a friend, but for some odd reason it does not wanna work. So when im at the "RaF homepage" and looking at my current referrals, mine says that no action has been taken on my friends part orr the redbox, BUT on his current referrals it says our accounts have been linked, and it has the yellow box for him???

It looks as if his account was not created using the Recruit-a-Friend key contained within his email, Nosferatu. Nevertheless, our Billing department would be happy to help. Simply give them a call using one of the following numbers and explain what happened:
