On my home server, which has role-playing rules enforced, there is a guild that is well-known for ingame harassment, spamming obsceneties and insults in /yell, and griefing role-play in a very roundabout manner.
I have all of them on my ignore list, but they're still around the city spewing sexist and vulgar insults at anyone and everyone.
They also have a history of harassment on a more personal level. A friend told me about this incident where they dug up a large amount of personal information on a guy they didn't like, and brought all of it to light in a public channel. The person they targetted was so humiliated and hurt that s/he quit the game.
A while back, one of their members (which I also have on ignore) would follow me around on alts.
I highly doubt this is against the game's code of conduct, but I also have my suspicions that this guild's GM is hitting on and perhaps even sexually harassing two married people. I do not know what goes on between them, but these two people have almost completely withdrawn from their real lives - including their spouses and children - ever since meeting this guy.
I have been trying to talk to a gamemaster about these guys for quite some time, but I've only ever gotten automated responses. These guys have been reported in the past for harassment and griefing, but nothing has been done about them.
