Banned!?! blizzard does nothing!!!!!!

Hello over the 4th of july weekend i went on a family vacation, while gone my account was hacked and used to sell gold. since returning on the 6th -i left on the 2nd of july- I have gotten the account back and password reset but the account was banned for some economy stuff i don't know. But the point is i have sent e-mails to 3 different sections of blizzard support asking for the ban to be lifted. and in 2 days all i have gotten was a message saying they got the emails. Now i can understand they are busy people but come on they varified i was the owner, and gave me the account back on the 6th. Had to make a trial account to even post this!!!

I am sorry for the delay, Gota - if you got those auto replies, your emails would have been received.

It can take a few days to process those, they are getting to everyone as quickly as possible.

You did send it in the from email registered to the account in question?

I take it that is not on the account you are posting under?

20 days is a bit long, you may wish to followup on that. I'm seeing nothing about a compromise on this account you are currently posting under.
