Restore of stolen items. Help me, I'm naked!

Due to my own ignorance, my account was hacked and an authenticator was put on. Thanks to help from this forum, that authenticator was removed, I got access to my account and promptly put my own authenticator on. However, I am still a very naked level 80 undead mage. On top of that, they even took my lucky fishing pole! I have been reduced to borrowing a few pieces of gold from my teenage son just so I can have some pants (it rather cold in the Under City). I have tried calling the "hold queue is full" help line for the last couple of days, but have yet to reach a human. Is there any other path I can take to get my stuff back?
