Faction Change - Mailbox error.

This is the character that I am trying to faction change, I've had a lot of trouble with Alliance and I'm fed up with it. I don't even want to use the character until I can get out of there.

I don't have any auctions running, I never bid on anything at all.

I did have some mail in my box before but I cleared it out, now I still get the error and I'm not sure what to do, does anyone on the Forum have any idea what I should try to do?

I'd appreciate any help I can get, my character details are as follows.

Character Name: Eltain
Realm: Thaurissan
Server: Oceanic

Can the issue please be resolved as soon as it can or can I please have some instructions on what I'd need to do to get the faction change to take place.
