Ok I am getting fed up with people that have been Ninja'ing items lately and been getting away with it. And is happening more frequently on Lothar, and it's not getting any better. I don't understand why the GM's have gradually slacked over the last two expansions. We pay money every month not to deal with this crap. But it keeps happening. I have reported this in-game and wasn't properly helped out the first time, So I escalated the claim to reach another GM hoping he/she would help with my problem. Which I was sent both in-game and out via email stating that they will look into it but won't be able to contact back about the any results that might occur....which basically means "Blah blah blah, I might look into it, buuuuuuut most likely not" It's like a slap in the face. Anyhow the gentlemen by the name of <Remastered> was leading a OS 3D raid and had full control with Loot Master assigned to him. This here shows that I did ask him before hand if the drakes were reserved:

Downed him after 4-5 tries and then he purposely went behind the looting rules and ninja'd the Reins of the Twilight Drake. And instead of telling the rest of the story I will just link the pics of what occurred.

He suddenly left group and logged. I was told that he didn't care because he was switching realms with a new name. Now I don't know if Blizzard has a way to find out the person even after the fact they switched realms but I truly hope so. What bugs me the most though, he has been coming on all week and flaunting on his alts with his link to his new mount which he ninja'd. I wasn't thinking about at the time to screen shot all the times he did untill just recently so here he is flaunting it at my face on his alt Foursquare

here is another situation of him flaunting it in my face:

I hope a GM helps me out with this promptly and I would like a customer service survey as well. This realm is getting out of hand with ninja'ers and Blizzard needs to create a better way of protecting loot from being ninja'd. Maybe put in a better in-game UI loot roll system. Thank you .

We can certainly track a player, no matter how many transfers or name changes they have.

We also don't call folks out on the forums, Light.

If it's a SCAM, we can certainly look into it, but it needs to be reported either through an ingame petition or via email at wowgm@blizzard.com.

Thanks!
