Unauthorized Authenticator

I had this checked for you Koltiros and since they were actively in the account, we locked it down for your safety. How much damage may have been prevented will have to be seen, these guys are very fast.

You should have an email with further instructions on security - as well as how to get this unlocked once you are certain your system and email are secure.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.

I see where you requested that, you'll want to look to see if any of your characters have damages - that's likely, and report it as soon as possible.

Also, as mentioned in this thread, finding the source of how they obtained your password and ID is vital to prevent this recurring.
