Small ? about GM wait time

I put in a ticket to have an item I accidentally deleted resorted to me (yes it was dumb of me, yes they do sometimes restore items) and just wanted to know if I should re-place my ticket b/c I haven't herd back in 5 days.

I realize they are very busy and it can be a long time, but in all the times I have placed a ticket this has been the longest, wondering if maybe it just didn't work or something.

Queue times are currently around 4-5 days, Xintnuts, your petition has been open for 4 days 2 hours and about 28 minutes. :)

You are likely to hear something fairly soon.

If you are ever in doubt that there may be an issue with a petition please submit another petition from an alternate character or write to wowgm@blizzard.com instead of closing the one you currently have open. Closing a petition removes your request from our queue and you would essentially be starting at the back of the line when you submit a new one.
