Update- Missing gear on restore

I wanted to reach out because my account was recently compromised. This all happened on Saturday 07/10/10. At that time an authenticator was put on my account by the hacker. After getting in contact with Blizz via phone the unauthorized authenticator was removed from my account, and soon after i reset my password i was able to get back in. Upon logging in i noticed one of my alt 80s was transferred to an Oceanic server. I received an e-mail stating that the transfer was declined however my toon as of current was not transferred back to it's appropriate server. I have yet to hear any updates via e-mail or a response to the in game ticket i opened. When i spoke to the rep on the phone Saturday she advised to me that my account would be restored(loss currency, gear, items, etc.) no later then 3-5 days. Since today is day 5 I wanted to reach out and see if there was any updates in regards to the situation. Thank you for your time in advance and I looking forward to hearing from someone soon in regards to this matter.

You've done the right thing by replying to the restoration email you received, Palliscribe. Now you'll just need to remain as patient as possible while they look into this on your behalf.
