Recruit a friend problems, please help!

i did the recruit a friend thing, and my friend recently purchased a retail box from the store. he downloaded the game, and now he has to accounts to choose from (wow 1 and wow2). on wow 1, his level 20 tauren druid is still on trial for some reason, and on wow 2, he created a new character which has all the benefits, but would really not like to start over. Will his tauren druid gain full access wen the trial is over or what?? Also on my recruit a friend page, it says he still hasnt upgraded to a full account (which he has) and it says our accounts are linked. but i have not been able to summon him to me anywhere and i have not gotten triple exp with him. (we have tried on both accounts [wow 1 and wow2])


If anyone could explain any of this, it would be much appreciated

It sounds as if he created a new account rather than upgrading his trial account, Whatupfoo. If he contacts our Billing department regarding this issue, they may be able to correct this so that the account on which his Tauren resides receives the Recruit-a-Friend benefits.
