That is excellent, Devilmoon, it looks like it has already been forwarded to our investigation queue. Queue times are currently around 4-5 days, you will be contacted as soon as your case is investigated and the restoration complete.
Though we are unable to guarantee any restoration, even in cases such as this, we will certainly do what we can to repair as much as possible, if not 100%.
You may play normally while you wait, we only recommend that you not access any characters that were faction changed or transferred during the compromise. It doesn't look like that happened to you but I like to mention it just in case.
It does look like several characters may have been deleted though. You are welcome to create new ones while you wait but make sure you keep the total number of characters below 10 per realm. When we restore deleted characters it can cause an issue if it brings the overall total per realm to 11+.

Though I can not guarantee it, Devilmoon, I honestly don't see any reason why we couldn't restore those characters.
