In game confusion

I recently ordered a in game mount (celestial steed) and in game companion. The statues says that it is completed and I've waited almost two days now and still no mail with the items. And I've already redemed the code as well. How long does it normally take to recieve such items in game? Should I try to contact blizzard?

As Kassian indicated pet and mount redemption is sometimes taking a longer then it normally does. Though they are eventually being delivered we are attempting to help those we can. Check out the following thread.
