Q u o t e:
Dear Account Admin
This is the third time Ive been actioned for "Exploitative Activity" yet I have NEVER done anything to violate the terms of use.
Recent violation history:
First time
"Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy - suspended 72hrs"
I received this immediately after receiving 45k gold for carrying a non guild member to Kinglayer25. Confirmed with Customer Service that this is totally legal. Was unbanned before the 72hrs had expired.
Second time
"Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy - suspended 72hrs"
Was hacked and had authenticator added for the first time in 4yrs of wow. All toons stripped as well as gbank amounting to over 400k gold in total. All gold obviously transferred to hacker/gold sellers account. Was finally unbanned and restored 6 days later. Added an authenticator to make sure
Third time
"Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy Account Closed"
I received this immediately after receiving 360k gold via ingame mail FROM A WOWGM. This was our guild bank restore.
Can Blizzard explain what your criteria for detecting these violations is exactly? Because as far as I can tell its as simple as "toon receives or trades large amount of gold" = VIOLATION. I have never done anything illegal yet Ive been actioned 3 times in a month.
FIX YOUR SYSTEMS FOR DETERMINING WHETHER SOMEONE HAS DONE THE WRONG THING OR NOT BECAUSE THEY ARE SERIOUSLY FLAWED!
As GM the constant suspension of this account has disrupted the functioning of my guild. What is going on?? I request this account be immediately reopened and demand an explanation as to how it could be actioned after receiving gold from Blizzard ingame staff.
Looking forward to your response.
