Cant log onto my 80s

From what I can see, Raaoul, there seems to have been an issue with your Faction Changes as well as your Paid Character Transfer. I'll see if they can be poked but it may be that you'll need to contact our Billing department.

Yes, you will need to contact our Billing and Account Services department, Raaoul. It seems that there was an issue with those transactions. 5 e-mails were sent on the 28th of June informing you.
