My account hacked, again :O

Ether my toon was deleted, or you can't post as them if your account has been permanently banned.. this is so unfair, because i've just got my account back from having an unauthorized authenticator being attached, now it has been completely hacked and banned!

This is the only toon i can use to post, my main toon is Deltäz on the Nagrand realm.

I've sent blizzard an email about it already, but i thought i'd come cry on here, let you guys know if you see some random level 1 characters doing something wrong it could be my account and im sorry ;(

I'm also scanning my computer and i believe i have a trojan of some sort..

I am so sorry, I know this is frustrating.

First and foremost, you have GOT to find out how they keep getting your information. These guys are like bad pennies and will continue to come back to the well if they can.

Scanning your system is very important, but don't forget your email. Email accounts can become compromised as well.

We are indeed temporarily out of stock on the authenticators, but hopefully there will be a fresh supply in soon, I'd just keep checking on that.

In the meantime, I'd recommend going over the sticky below very carefully and also making sure your email is secure (and that they haven't forwarded it on you). It probably wouldn't hurt to setup a brand new unrelated email for this purpose from a known secure system. One advantage of Battle.net is that changing the account name is as easy as changing an email.

This account has indeed been banned from the activities that took place. That can be dealt with and you can drop an email to wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com to have it reviewed.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.

Well, he looks dressed, but damages would be common.

All that can be looked into once you are secure and back in control of the account.
