I've had an unanswered ticket from this character for almost 3 weeks now. This is my banker/auctioneer but that shouldn't mean it's not looked into.

I assure you that someone talking about putting babies in garbage disposals offended more than just me.

I would agree with your statement that simply because the reporting character is your banker alt should not mean your petition is any less important, Zip. Many players submit petitions on an alternate character because they are unable to on their main; times when their main character already has a petition submitted, or is stuck and unable to be logged into etc. We do not deem these petitions any less important, and I can assure you that your petition was not ignored based off of the fact that it was submitted by an alt.

As for updating the name registered on your account: You may use the following form to request the changes: (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/26361).

Would this be on the issue of Shadowshards that we have sent 3 responses on, Zip?

That type of issue can be passed along to be looked into, but it's not something we'd be able to really give an answer on - that is the QA and Developers area of expertise.

The only open issue I show on this account is about a tome of cold weather flying, and it's currently 1 day, 10 hours old.

I know for a fact that one of our Game Masters had your petition for the remainder of their workday when I first responded to your post, Zip. It was her intention to contact you in-game and discuss the situation with you in detail. Unfortunately you never returned, and she was forced to send you a response via in-game mail. At that time the players you reported were investigated and the appropriate actions, as determined by our policies, were taken.
