Quel Dalar Quest

So i was on the last step of the Quel Dalar quest... Reforging Quel Dalar I think is the name. I was in sunwell, dipping it in the pool of awesome when i was ejected from the party i was in currently. the game gave me the usual countdown then kicked me out. When i ran back in, my QD was gone and i have no idea how to get it back. any help?

If you no longer have the Tainted Quel'Delar and did not receive the Restored Quel'Delar, you may want to abandon the quest and then speak with Halduron Brightwing to reaccept the quest. :)
