Switching Character to Another Account

Hello I am having a problem and I'm not sure where else to put it so I'll just do my best to explain what's happening.

So I am the owner of two accounts. One has my name on it, and the other has a friends name because he was the one who made the account for me years ago. Well both accounts are completely mine, they just have different names on them and email addresses.

I want to know will I be able to switch a character on the second account with my friends name to the account with my name, even if I have all the same information on both accounts? Or is the transfer to accounts solely dependent on the name of the owner of the accounts? Is there a way to bypass this if I could prove I am the owner of both accounts?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm afraid that you are only the registered user of an account if it is registered in your name, Doople. Even though you may have played and payed for an account since the day it was created, you are not the registered user if it was registered under a friend's name. You will be unable to transfer a character between these two accounts as a result.
