what was the nature of the petition? Also, you can state such in the customer satisfaction survey.

Just really confused about the whole situation - I've never had an In-Game ticket just... disappear... without hearing anything at all from the GM.

Did you check you in-game mail or your registered e-mail address, Hermokrates? Your petition, which was open for 1 day 13 hours, was a restoration follow up request, correct?

It was handled and you were sent several in-game messages with items attached as well as mail to your registered address.
