I am trying to set up parental controls on my own account so I can turn off Real ID however I haven't received the e-mail? I set it up to go to my alternate e-mail address and re-requested it several times but never received this. If I could get some help with this I would appreciate it.

i know if you use your registered email address, it will be sent. i did that today. using email addresses not registered with blizzard may present a problem.

edit: typo

It is intended that parents be able to use an alternate e-mail address when setting up the Parental Controls, so that the minor is unable to make changes without their permission.

Arixa, it sounds like your e-mail may have been filtered or delivered into a spam folder. I would recommend that you first try searching for any e-mail sent by noreply@blizzard.com. If you are unable to find the e-mail titled Welcome to Battle.net Parental Controls! then you may want to read over the following Support Article to make the necessary adjustments, and try again: (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/21485). Once you have done so, please follow up with me, and let me know if you are continuing to have trouble.
