Further assistance required on restoration...

Hi,

I had an account restoration preformed after my account was compromised. Both this character and my mage on the account were to be restored. It took about 5 days, all of my gear/frost emblems/bags and missing items were restored to my mage, but this is my main character and none of his wearable items/frost emblems/bags were restored. Most of the items in the bank that were taken were restored, but it's hard to do much of anything without the wearable items I lost. It seems the things that were just vendored were not returned.

I sent an e-mail to the address in the restoration request in-game mail, but that was 3 days ago and I have not recieved a reply. I have also had an in-game ticket open almost 2 days, but it has not been read and I am unable to get in through the 1800 number (have tried redialing for the past 2 hours straight). Any assistance would be much appreciated as I would like to start raiding again.

Are you certain that was what was said, Bugnight? We usually do not provide guarantees, especially in cases like this. We still definitely try to repair as much of the damage as we possible can and if this was reported soon after the compromise the likelihood that we can provide a 100% restoration is fairly good but there is also a possibility that we will be unable to verify the loss or only be able to verify part of the loss.

Hermokrates, it looks like your request for another look is in queue so you should be contacted once that is done. Hopefully they'll be able to find additional missing items.
